Server Log Files

Purpose, legal basis and legitimate interest
When you access our website, i.e., even if you do not register or otherwise submit information, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your internet service provider, your IP address, and the like.

This information is processed for the following purposes:

Newsletter

Purpose and legal basis
You can subscribe to our newsletter, in which we inform you about news around our services. With your e-mail address, name, and country, you can subscribe to the newsletter via our website. APH Group and the relevant service providers have access to this personal data. We have a processing agreement with the contracted service providers to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your personal data.

Data will only be processed in this context as long as the corresponding consent has been given. Afterward, they will be deleted.

Provision prescribed or required
Your personal data will only be added to the list of recipients when you have granted permission. You grant permission by clicking on a link in the e-mail which you receive immediately when you register for the newsletter.

External programme
We use the external programme MailChimp to send the newsletter. For this purpose, we share your personal data. You can of course view the privacy policy of MailChimp.

Contact form

Purpose and legal basis
If you want to contact us, you can fill in a contact form on the website. The personal data entered in the contact form is processed in encrypted form. When you fill in the contact form, we need the following personal information from you:

APH Group uses Google Analytics to gain insight into how visitors use the website. We use this data to optimise our website. Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to gain insight into how the website is used and to optimise it for usage. Clarity is used to store pseudo-anonymous personal data of visitors in Microsoft Clarity. Pseudo-anonymous data is the record of visits. Clarity records interactions such as mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, etc. that a user performs on our website. The data is stored for a maximum of one year. Information about the security of your personal data can be found in Microsoft's privacy policy.

Google reCAPTCHA

On this website, we also use the reCAPTCHA function of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). This function is primarily used to distinguish whether an entry is made by a natural person or is abused by machine and automated processing. The service includes the sending of the IP address and, if applicable, further data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google and is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on our legitimate interest in determining individual personal responsibility on the Internet and the prevention of abuse and spam. Note on data transfer to the USA

Our website includes links to companies based in the USA. If you make use of these links and click on them, personal data may be passed on to the US servers of the respective companies. We would like to point out that the USA is not a safe third country in the sense of EU data protection law. US companies are obliged to hand over personal data to security authorities without you as a data subject being able to take legal action against this.
