Machine suitable for filling big-bags and boxes of several sizes. On both sides the sliding-belt is equipped with a vertical elevator. Height adjustment of the elevators is done automatically by using ultrasonic sensors. The product will be guided into the box by using special finger-shaped cross-cleats.
This is resulting in a very gentle filling of the big-bags and boxes. Machine complete with automatic filling-cycle for two big-bags. By adjusting some stops and sensors, the machine is suitable for all usual big-bag sizes. The machine will fill boxes even gently in its Big-Bag position as in its Box position, so no need to change the height of the machine when you are switching from Big-Bags to Boxes.
When working with Big-Bags, the Big-Bag shall be released from the hooks when its filled at the point its able to stand by itself. This is done by means of electronically controlled magnets, automatically.
Standard the KV4500 is equipped with:
– Adjustable frame to increase or decrease the height
– Belt prolongers
– Two independent weighing frames for Big-Bags or boxes.
– Weighing application for both sides incl. U-frame weighers.
– Operation by means of touch screen
