Opis
The MB 111 is a box filler with several unique features to be able to reach extremely high capacities. With the de-stacking unit the user has the possibility to put multiple boxes in the machine as a buffer in front of the box filler. This is applicable for the stacking unit as well, which is able to stack multiple full boxes on top of each other after these are filled with product. The infeed conveyor is moving into the box left-to-right to fill the box layer by layer. Because the box is lifted, the drop heights are reduced to a minimum to assure product friendly handling. The automatic de-stacking and stacking process enables the machine to reach extremely high capacities.
