Commercial Director / CCO

Your job:

As Commercial Director of APH Group you are playing an important and leading role in an international organization in the field of sales & marketing, where you are part of the management team and report to the CEO.

  • Working in close collaboration with the CEO, CFO and COO on leading the business as management team
  • Executing and optimizing the growth strategy together with the management team and the investor 365 Capital
  • Managing the sales & marketing team of APH Group in the Netherlands
  • Providing daily commercial support to the managing directors of APH Group subsidiaries who lead 50 sales managers
  • Implementing and continuously developing the sales & marketing strategy together with our marketing manager
  • Participating at all major events & exhibitions in the countries where APH Group is active
  • Proactively supporting sales managers in (larger and more complex) deals

Your profile:

  • A completed technical or agricultural education of at least Bachelor degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in an international commercial role
  • Passionate about agriculture and machinery
  • Customer-oriented, strategic mindset and business acumen
  • A good command of Dutch and English, spoken and written, every other language is a pre
  • Effective (intercultural) communication skills, flexible and open-minded towards other cultures
  • High level of independence and being a team player at the same time
  • Prepared to travel worldwide regularly, about 25-30% of your time
  • Ambitious and driven to get things done and go the extra mile
