In order to meet the needs of the modern user, Agricola has recently introduced several new control systems.

SDC
Sowing Distance Control (SDC) allows you to control the sowing distance  automatically by speeding up regulation of distances between seeds, but it also makes you able to control the planting distance in a range from 1 to 60 cm between the seeds (per 0,1cm) by changing the parameters at any time.

In the menu you can find the drive speed, rotations/min. of the sowing discs and the current power input. Furthermore you can monitor and operate the following:

  • Drive speed (km/h)
  • Covered distance (metres)
  • Partial and total area worked (ha)
  • Adjustable sowing distance in the row
  • Simulation mode

Agricola cs1

Required are a 12V connection and 1 hydraulic in- and 1 outlet with a maximum flow of only 20l/min.

MCK
The MCK monitoring system, which requires only a 12v connection, allows you to measure and to be able to operate following parameters (up to 24 single rows):

  • Drive speed (km/h)
  • Covered distance (metres)
  • Partial and total area worked (ha)
  • Seeding distance (cm)
  • Quantity of seeds per m2
  • Counting of seed (accuracy is depending on the qty of seed/ha)

Missing control system
When the seeding process of each row does not match with the programmed tolerances (by the operator), the monitor will give a visible and acoustic alarm.

Agricola cs2

To perform the functions described above the monitor uses a series of photocells installed on each single row of the seeder and a speed sensor to be installed on the measurement wheel.

UC 300
The UC 300 monitoring system is rechargeable (by 12V lighter plug) and stores all main functions in a small display. The UC 300 monitors:

  • Drive speed (km/h)
  • Working hours (hrs)
  • Covered distance (metres)
  • Partial and total area worked (ha)
